Easy way to burn belly fat

What's the easiest way to burn belly fat?

Answer:

A combination of a well balanced diet that is spread out over the day in six small meals. Try and go for the colorful fruits and veggies when shopping and stay away from the processed and fatty foods such as fried foods, fast food, and greasy food. When buying meat, go for the lean variety, like fish, turkey, chicken, and lean beef.

A diet alone won't get you the rocking bod that you're looking for. To get rid of the belly fat you'll need to implement a workout routine that includes a few days a week of at least 30 mins of cardio; this could include, walking, jogging, biking, and stair climbing. You could even do work around the house or outside in the garden. This will help reduce the belly fat, but to get the washboard abs you must do sit ups with some sort of free weight like a dumbbell or resistance with a band. Some of my personal favorites are declined sit ups with weight, reverse sit ups, and hanging sit ups with someone throwing down your feet.
