Fiber & complex carbs for breakfast:
Oatmeal, toast & fruit (they will leave you feeling full & not craving more)
Lunch:
Wheatbread sandwich of tuna, turkey or chicken (all are lean)
Dinner:
Light protein meal of lean meat w/ fruits & veggies
Between meals:
Healthy snacks & plenty of water (lay off those worthless sodas, as they are only rotting your teeth away)
