Are there ways to lose weight that do not involve having to use a lot of machines?

(This question is from a 22-year-old male.)

You can do things that are aerobic in nature: running, swimming, jumping rope. These things get your body moving and pumping -- use it and lose it (weight)!

As for eating, concentrate on portion size. Smaller portions of food will go a long way in aiding you in losing weight.
