How can I gain 10-15 lbs quickly?

Though it would be quick, hanging a 10-15 lb weight round your neck isn't the answer. Here's what to do.

Increase your daily calorie intake to 2600-3000 (by increasing your portion size); plus exercise and do some lifting.

Here are some tasty foods chock-a-block with calories:

Nuts (hazelnuts, walnuts and peanuts), peanut butter, icecream, milk(fatty), raisins, rice, fruit, pasta (now we're talkin'!!!), whole breads, potatoes, eggs cheese.
