How to tone your upper arms

The elliptical machine most gyms have allows you to work your arms and legs at once, which is great cardio. If that's not available to you, use a treadmill or walk outside while doing arm curls with hand weights. This will not only burn fat, it also speeds up your metabolism & builds muscle in your arms. Live fit or die!
