How can a teen get more noticeable abs?

(This comes from a 16-year-old dudemeister who would like his abs to get their propers.)

Begin with sit-ups & crunches. Then do some reverse crunches. Toss in some leg raises which you can do in the comfort of your own bed.

Sound easy? It is! Now get busy, young man!
