What healthy foods should I gobble?

(This comes, evidently, from a 19-year-old female turkey.)

Breakfast:

Complex carbs like oatmeal, toast, or some fruit; all of these will give you fiber to leave you with a full feeling and help you start off your day.

Lunch:

Eat a sandwich on wheat bread -- tuna, turkey, chicken (all are lean).

Supper:

A light meal consisting of some protein (preferably lean meat) some vegetables and some fruit.
