For your bohunkus (your now-ample buttocks), I would recommend squats, lunges and the treadmill.
For those legs you want to look a little niftier, let me recommend a stair-stepper at your local gym; two pleasanter options would be bicycling & long-distance running.
I think I speak for us all when I say we look forward to seeing the toned-up you poolside & on the beach . . .
