I would eat less than 100 grams of carbs per day & limit my calories to just below 1,200 per day. I would also drink plenty of water throughout the day.
You will probably cheat once in a while (after all, you are only human), but you shouldn't go overboard when you do slip up. It's all about eating nutritional food portions & self control. Good luck, gal!
