I need to lose 20lbs. How do I motivate myself to do that? (I am a young woman.)

There are several things you can do. Find someone in your world or in the celebrity world who you would like to resemble, and use her for inspiration. Find a new boyfriend who exercises. Maybe the best thing to do is to find an exercise partner, and the two of you can push each other to keep on keeping on. Best of luck!
