Is it okay to work out just every other day?

Well, if you want to be a lazybones about it. Just kidding. Seriously, that's perfectly fine. Those off days give your muscles the chance to mend. But on those off days, be sure to get in some cardio, maybe a bit of brisk walking.

Brief list of everyday things:

  • Protein
  • Plenty of sleep
