Muscle exercise for a "skinny" girl?
I'm a very skinny teenage girl and as weak as anything! What are some good workouts that build strength?
Start off with light weights, because you could actually hurt yourself before gaining some strength if you tried heavier weight. Do some bicep curls and even light bench press. Be sure to do exercises involving biceps and triceps for your arms and a leg routine with squats, lunges and the leg machines at fitness centers.
Add some protein to your diet. Peanut butter is a yummy choice and packs a wallop. Soon you'll be buff enough to do more stuff!
