(This is from a 17-year-old girl with a problem I haven't come across before; fortunately, it only occurs when she exercises.)
I would recommend you to get your hair cut just as short as you can live with; have it thinned out, too. (There's nothing nicer than seeing a girl with really neat short hair, by the way.) You may also consider wearing something cool around your neck.
As a profuse perspirer myself, you have my utmost sympathy. Just remember, we love you anyhow!
