What is your exercise routine?

  • Chest & arms day

  • Shoulders & back day

  • Legs day

    On top of that, every day is an abs day, and I walk at least thirty minutes a day to keep my belly under control.

    Eat well, drink well, live well, know a few women, have a good laugh. This is my advice to you, my friends - enjoy!
