How can I develop my pecs?
Start with your your basic bench press; then you can add incline press and dumbell flys, and those will build you up quickly. Also, after you do your bench press with heavier weight, do a superset of pushups until you can't do them anymore. When normal pushups become too easy for you, rest your legs on something to make them more difficult.
Always consult with a doctor before beginning an exercise regimen.
