That isn't a problem for me because I eat five or six small meals each day. That said, when I do give in to hunger cravings, I only allow myself a couple salt-free crackers or a banana (one of Nature's absolute best foods).
For others, I would suggest they imagine eating whatever it is that they are craving, and then imagine how bad they might feel after having eaten it.
